Chalcot Square

I left the canal in Camden and walked further north through St. Pancras and St. John Wood. This area is a very sought after address by the creative, intellectual, middle class. The houses are all proper and well maintained. William Butler Yeats and Sylvia Plath lived in this house near Chalcot Square. This is not a tourist area and the streets and shops are upper middle class and life seems calm and privileged - it is beautiful.
