This chip house has been serving fish and chips since 1914 at the same address on Marylebone Lane. Zagats rates the food a 23 and I had the best fried Haddock ever. The place bustles and is always crowded - nothing beats quality and fair price. Arriving near the end of the lunch crowd, I had a chance to have a very pleasant conversation with the polite owner. He gets his Icelandic fish delivered fresh each morning and uses every last 200 lbs of it by day’s end.
