Kitchen

The kitchen is very small - but has everything I need to cook just about anything. The owner, Richard, is quite solicitous and when I requested a larger fry pan he later brought me a newly-purchased, perfectly sized Teflon skillet. No dishwasher but it does have a clothes washer/dryer en suite. I like rented apartment living. Part of my master, travel packing list now includes a dozen spices I bring along so as not to leave garam masala and ancho chile powder everywhere I go.
