The restaurant, Noma, is internationally famous and probably impossible to get a reservation for even if we wanted to afford it. Fiskebar is the current “hot” restaurant. In an area near the Central Station called Kodbyens (a former meat-packing area of abandoned warehouses) the restaurant is bohemian and trendy. Wanting a fish meal – it was certainly very good. Sharon scolds me for thinking the wait-staff were condescending and pretentious.
