Here Peter fills my bottle with four year old aged rye whisky (a personally signed bottle which I am holding in the picture above). One of the world’s foremost, published whisky critics, Jim Murray, of London rated this whisky a 95. Murray has never graded a whisky better than 97.5 regardless of origin. What a beautiful “mouth” this fine creation delivers. He also gave me a large break on the $250 AUS price tag. Sometimes it pays to be a good cook. What a visit. I am awed to be in the presence of such talent and resourcefulness.
